JuNi Omakase
Omakase is a Japanese dining style where you let the chef decide what to serve you. Instead of ordering from a menu, you sit back and enjoy a series of dishes chosen based on what’s fresh and in season. It’s often seen at sushi spots, where the chef serves pieces one by one, explaining them along the way. The whole experience feels more relaxed and personal—like you’re trusting the chef to surprise you with their best work.
